Returns and replacements are handled according to product condition, supplier terms, hygiene restrictions, and consumer protection law. Medical, PPE, food, and emergency goods may have stricter return handling when opened or used.

Before live launch, each dropship supplier needs a confirmed return address, RMA flow, refund timing, and support escalation path.
